Buona base ma da gestire meglio
6.0Bella struttura, anche la spa si presenta molto bene Camere ok, buon letto, pulite.
− A mio parere il rapporto costo/benefici non è corretto. Tra le varie piccolezze, dopo aver pagato, e con chiara indicazione della loro presenza su Booking, mi è stato comunicato che il set ciabatte e accappatoio non erano compresi nei pernottamenti inferiori a 3 giorni. Mi hanno comunque fornito le ciabatte. No frigo in camera. Docciaschiuma in bustina in quantità veramente infima. Basterebbero poche accortezze per salire di livello.
Personale impeccabile, molto attenti alle esigenze dei clienti relativamente alla alimentazione.

10.0Soggiorno perfetto, un'esperienza da ripetere assolutamente! Abbiamo soggiornato all'Hotel El Paster e non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Fin dal nostro arrivo, il personale si è dimostrato super ospitale, sempre disponibile e attento a ogni minima esigenza. La struttura è semplicemente bellissima, curata nei minimi dettagli e con una pulizia davvero impeccabile in ogni ambiente. La cucina merita un plauso a parte: il cibo è ottimo, di alta qualità e le porzioni sono decisamente generose. Nota di merito anche per la posizione dell'hotel, comodissima per qualsiasi spostamento, e per la splendida area SPA, un vero angolo di paradiso con una vista mozzafiato sulle montagne che lascia senza fiato. La cosa più bella in assoluto, però, è stata la gestione familiare: la vera ciliegina sulla torta di questo soggiorno. Ti fanno sentire avvolto dal calore di casa, unendo una grandissima professionalità a un'accoglienza sincera. Consigliatissimo sotto tutti i punti di vista. Ci torneremo sicuramente!
