Una casa familiar muy acogedora. Annalisa y Ezio fueron muy amables y atentos en todo momento. Las recomendaciones que nos dieron fueron muy útiles. La casa está muy bien ubicada, a unos 15 - 20 min de Florencia. El desayuno y la cena caseros y de calidad. El entorno es muy tranquilo y ofrece muy buenas vistas. La piscina es ideal para refrescarse después de pasear por los alrededores.

− Todo estuvo correcto. Tal vez lo único a mencionar es que la ducha de nuestra habitación era un poco pequeña para personas altas y grandes.

− L'esperienza in questa struttura è stata la peggiore che abbia mai vissuto. Le foto pubblicate non rispecchiano minimamente la realtà. Le camere sono vecchie, trascurate e in condizioni di degrado, con arredi usurati e la sensazione di trovarsi in un ambiente abbandonato. La pulizia è praticamente inesistente. Il bagno era vecchio, sporco e con evidenti tracce di muffa. Le lenzuola erano consumate e davano l’impressione di essere utilizzate da anni senza essere mai sostituite. Gli asciugamani, oltre a essere logori, emanavano un odore sgradevole. Sulle pareti deiezioni di gechi, niente zanzariere. Gli spazi comuni sono in condizioni inaccettabili: a colazione piatti, bicchieri e posate erano sporchi, con residui evidenti di cibo. La cosiddetta “piscina” è una di quelle piscine esterne da giardino senza ricircolo d'acqua nè cloro. Più che una piscina sembra una vasca lasciata all’abbandono: acqua sporca, piena di insetti morti, detriti e sporcizia. È completamente impraticabile e rappresenta un potenziale rischio igienico. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è inesistente. Il voto su booking 8.7 è una truffa. Abbiamo prenotato e pagato in anticipo con booking 560€ 4 notti 2 adulti e 1 bambino nel letto con noi. Quando, il giorno dopo del nostro arrivo, dopo aver cenato, pernottato e risvegliati siamo andati via nel pomeriggio perchè era improponibile rimanerci, abbiamo lasciato anche la tassa di soggiorno, la proprietaria ha dichiarato che non ci siamo presentati (NO SHOW) per farsi pagare la penale, ha cancellato la nostra prenotazione su booking per impedirci di recensirla e ci ha rinfacciato di non aver pagato la cena, ho chiesto i dati di paypal per procedere con il pagamento e non me li ha dati. Ho dovuto contattare booking per segnalare quanto accaduto e far riattivare la prenotazione. Se cercate pulizia, cura e rispetto delle più basilari norme igieniche, scegliete qualsiasi altra sistemazione.

Le lieu est vraiment superbe et situé idéalement. Nous avons pu passer notre séjour au calme, et visiter Florence en faisant peu de route. Et l'hôtesse est très chaleureuse . Elle tient à partager la cuisine locale, nous nous sommes régalés à sa table ! Idéal aussi pour les amoureux des chats ! Leur accueil rappelle la maison !

− La clim et/ou des volets rendraient le lieu plus confortable durant les canicules, même si la piscine aide à se rafraîchir.
