非常安静，是在他家对面的另外一个山头上的房子独立的，厨房设施齐全，房主很贴心，给准备了很多食物居住，很舒服，两张床安静，外面的风景也很不错，清晨看到很美的日出

− 房主夫妇都很友好，友善，在农场里位置偏远，但离霍比特村很近，大约十几分钟的车程，如果定早班的参观时间的话，在这里很方便
