9.0Great location; nice, clean & comfy. Well equipped unit, with everything we needed. Super friendly & helpful owner, thanks Andy. Happy to stay here again if I'm back in Katikati.
− Couch in the lounge is not that comfy, I think it doubles as another bed, it was hard to relax into it. Really, that was the only downer, so not that bad
