A 20% deposit of the group booking total is required and all cancelations and changes must be made at least 30 days prior to the arrival date.
The guest will forfeit the 20% deposit fee if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival. Payments processed via Credit will incur a 1.5% transaction fee.
