9.0Très beau bâtiment, dans un joli quartier. Bon accueil. Parties communes magnifiquement aménagées Appartement neuf, très bien agencé, décoré avec énormément de goût. Très propre. Bien équipé. Literie très confortable +++ On peut se garer facilement dans la rue. Proche du centre de Luxembourg Un gros plus : lave-linge et sèche-linge en accès-libre et gratuits
− Période de grosse chaleur, appartement sous les toits et du côté du boulevard (un peu bruyant) il était difficile de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes. Le climatiseur étant lui aussi très bruyant, nous n'avons pu le mettre en marche la nuit. C'est le seul petit inconvénient que nous avons noté sinon c'était un sans-faute !!

7.0Die Lage ist gut, das Stadtzentrum ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Zimmer an sich war sehr schön, bequemes Bett und geräumig.
− Im Badezimmer war leider nicht geputzt: die Toilette war sehr schmutzig und es lagen Zehennägel am Boden...

9.0We had a wonderful stay at this property. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with everything we needed, making us feel right at home. We stayed in Apartment No. 1, which featured a lovely small garden right off the bedroom. The building is situated in a neat, quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance of the city center. Parking was free right outside the door over the weekend, and the self-check-in process was straightforward and seamless. Although there was no air conditioning, the indoor temperature remained very comfortable even on a warm day. We would certainly love to stay here again!
− For a longer stay, airco would be nice
