2.0Die Lage des Hotels am Rande eines kleinen Wäldchens ist schön. Die Architektur schmiegt sich in die Umgebung ein und sieht gut aus. Das Zimmer war recht klein, jedoch die Zimmerausstattung sehr gut. Die Einrichtung war neu.
− Um für eine Veranstaltung ausgeschlafen und entspannt anzukommen, habe ich meine 5-stündige Anreise auf den Vortag verschoben. Obwohl vom Veranstalter andere Hotels vorgeschlagen wurden (z.T. auch 3-Sterne-Hotels), habe ich mich bewusst nach einiger Recherche für das Forsthaus entschieden. Da ich zwei Nächte dort verbringen wollte, sollte meine Unterkunft angenehm und vor allen Dingen ruhig gelegen sein. Die Bilder, Beschreibung und auch die Lage am Waldrand ließen dies vermuten. Als ich mein Zimmer im EG betrat, schlug mir eine unvorstellbare Hitze entgegen. Eine Hitze, wie wenn sich ein Zimmer auf 30 C hochheizt wie an einem 40 C heißen Sommertag, obwohl es milde 18-22 C hatte. Leider ließ sich das Zimmer nicht richtig runterkühlen, es wurde immer wieder auffallend warm. Die Nacht nach Rückkehr von meinem ersten Termin wurde zu einer schlaflosen Nacht! Ich konnte keine einzige Stunde schlafen! Unter meinem Zimmer befand sich eine Wärmepumpe, die die ganze Nacht lief. Die Vibration (Körperschall) übertrug sich auf mein gesamtes Zimmer, besonders die Bett-Nische, dazu das Pumpenmotorgeräusch, dann die Lüftung der Pumpe... es war unvorstellbar! Direkt vor meinem Fenster außerhalb auf dem Boden war der Lüftungsschacht, aus dem das Pumpengeräusch laut heraus zu hören war. Da die Wärme ebenfalls von unten und von diesem Schacht herausströmte, war es im Zimmer permanent zu warm, lüften war nicht möglich, weil direkt unterhalb des Fensters der Schacht war und zudem der Schall aus dem Stock unter mir, in dem die Pumpe platziert ist, im Raum spürbar war. Die Platzierung einer Wärmepumpe IM HAUS direkt unterhalb eines Hotelzimmers ist eine architektonische Fehlleistung. Da dies sehr deutlich zu spüren und zu hören ist, werden sicher die umliegenden Zimmer auch davon etwas hören und fühlen. Ich kann bei Buchung dieses Hotels nur davor warnen, das Zimmer Nr. 11 zu beziehen. Es ist - unter diesen Umständen - nicht vermietbar.
