It’s in a central location

− I booked this property based on its high review score and positive feedback from previous guests. Unfortunately, our experience was completely different. The only positive aspect of this accommodation is its location. There were several discrepancies between the listing and the actual property. The listing advertised a king-size bed, but the room contained two twin beds. The mattresses were old spring mattresses and extremely uncomfortable. I was traveling with my elderly mother, who uses a cane and has back issues, and after a few nights she experienced severe back pain that required us to seek assistance through our travel insurance. The listing also mentioned a kettle and a coffee machine. There was no kettle available, and the coffee machine had no pods. When I asked the host about it, I was told the machine was no longer being produced and that they would need to order a replacement. No solution was ever provided during our stay. The bathroom had a persistent urine odor throughout our visit. The room also lacked proper ventilation, making it humid and uncomfortable. Both my mother and I developed constant coughing, congestion, and runny noses during our stay. While I cannot determine the exact cause, the lack of ventilation and cleanliness concerns certainly did not help. Speaking of cleanliness, I was charged €90 for a deep-cleaning fee. Given that charge, I expected a much higher standard. However, there was a significant accumulation of dust under the beds, which was disappointing and inconsistent with the cleaning fee being charged. Another important issue is accessibility. The property entrance has a steep staircase that is not disclosed in the listing. Had I known this in advance, I would never have booked this accommodation for my mother. Travelers with mobility limitations, elderly guests, or anyone carrying heavy luggage should be aware of this. What disappointed me most was the lack of support when these concerns were raised.

Amazing central location. The house is well isolated so it does not get hot. Big fridge with freezer is useful.

Poloha apartmánu byla vynikající. Všude bylo blízko. Vzhledem k poloze v centru s úzkými uličkami jsme ocenili možnost využít garáž. Domácí byli velmi milí, denně nás kontaktovali, zda je všechno v pořádku. Velmi doporučuji toto ubytování.
