− 露天風呂があれば良かった
食事の満足度が高い
8.0廊下の窓から新幹線が通るのが見え、部屋からの景色も良かったです。ご飯がとても美味しかったです。
− 強いて言えば部屋にシャワーがないことです。シャワーがないならせめて大浴場のお風呂の種類が2.3種類あるとより満足度が上がるかなと思いました。

− 特に要望に対しての対応は良かったが車いすでの移動には部屋の階数、EVに近いかと言う部分では不満。 毎回、食事の席が変わり面倒だった。
