The accommodation is very nice, spacious and in an excellent location. It is located in the center and everywhere can be reached on foot. The accommodation has all the necessary things and the service changes the towels regularly. All recommendations.

Had a very pleasant and relaxing stay, the facilities were very clean and the staff very polite.

we were given clear instructions of how to get our keys and found the process very well organised, the location was great no overcrowding at the pool. The staff and cleaners were very polite indeed. We left the property at 5.30am and the main reception ordered a taxi for us.

Location perfect, quiet & peaceful but close enough to pubs, restaurants etc. Shop nearby for essentials. Very friendly, helpful staff, apartments were clean with adequate facilities.

− No air con which would have made stay more comfortable as apartment very warm. TV connection to channels was poor, constantly buffering, not a huge issue for a short stay but if staying longer may have spent odd evening in with takeaway & watched TV.

If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the Princesa Ico in advance.

Please note that bed linen is changed once a week. Bathroom towels are changed twice a week. Cleaning service takes place twice a week.

Additional cleaning service can be arrange with the reception and requires a surcharge.

Please note that the use of safety deposit box requires a charge of EUR 12 a week.

Please note that our apartments are nonsmoking.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
