Las instalaciones estaban muy bien y era cómodo

− En mi opinión tienen muy pocas hamacas para tantos huéspedes, cuando fui al desayuno a las 8 y media de la mañana ya habían hamacas cogidas con toallas, además de que la comida no era de muy buena calidad

El hotel ofrece una experiencia muy agradable: instalaciones cuidadas, ambiente tranquilo y un precio del todo incluido que realmente fue una ganga. Las habitaciones son cómodas, aunque las opciones para cuatro personas son limitadas. Si te alojas cerca de la piscina, todo es perfecto; si te toca en la parte baja del complejo, prepárate para subir cuestas, así que conviene solicitar ubicación con antelación. La comida cumple bien y el servicio de bar es correcto. Está alejado de zonas concurridas, pero si buscas calma y playas bonitas, es un lugar ideal.

− El hotel está muy orientado al turismo francés e inglés, lo que hace que a veces te sientas un poco fuera de lugar. Durante nuestra estancia, una piscina fue inspeccionada y precintada sin que el personal ofreciera explicaciones claras, y permaneció cerrada varios días. La falta de comunicación y la actitud distante de la responsable no fueron adecuadas. Además, el hotel no está cerca del aeropuerto y la isla ofrece pocas actividades de ocio, lo que puede limitar los planes.

− Le buffet était moyen il manquait de plus de fruits frais mais c'était bien dans l'ensemble car il y'avait du choix.

La ubicación para ver el sur de Fuerteventura.

− Los horarios de hotel están adaptados a los extranjeros (el buffet libre…, la piscina cierra a las 18h). En las instalaciones del hotel hay muchos gatos y cucarachas, se coló una cucaracha en la habitación. La animación del hotel era sobretodo en francés, no estaba enfocado a los españoles. El todo incluido no era nada completo, a las 23h ya no podías coger nada y las botellas de agua las cobraban.
