− La struttura è molto datata e dimostra pienamente gli anni, non sembra aver mai effettuato ristrutturazioni o migliorie, moquette usurata e sporca, pareti ormai nere dall’usura e stanze vecchie. Anche la pulizia lasciava a desiderare con davanzali pieni di polvere e insetti morti in giro per la stanza. Il bagno aveva un forte odore di fogna. Materassi a molle ormai deformati dall’utilizzo. Anche il personale lasciava a desiderare e non era sufficientemente preparato: all’arrivo alla reception non era presente nessuno, solo un campanello che anche se suonato non ha prodotto nessun risultato, durante la colazione le pietanze non riportavano nessuna etichetta sul prodotto su cosa fosse e con cosa fosse fatto. Chiesta una bevanda vegetale priva di lattosio (per problemi di allergia al latte) è stata invece portata una tazza di latte caldo 😓. Da notare che al buffet non era presente nulla per gli intolleranti al lattosio o al glutine, che ritengo un’attenzione molto importante oggigiorno.
