− Absolute scam, property did not respond to my messages and did not give me check in information, left me stranded with my baby. Had to book another accommodation, no cancellation or refund. Disgusting behaviour.

1.0C'était de la publicité mensongère. L'emplacement n'était pas celui indiqué sur l'annonce mais beaucoup plus loin dans un immeuble loin du Colisée dans une petite ruelle. Les photos sur l'annonce ne concordent absolument pas à la réalité. En résumé c'est une pure arnaque.

10.0Serdecznie polecam! :) Pokój elegancki, wyglądał na świeżo po remoncie. Duża łazienka z prysznicem i klimatyzacja to dodatkowe atuty! :) Apartamenty są oddalone o ok 200 m od recepcji.

1.0Veey close to the Colesseum but then very far from most other major attractions. Taxi required since no parking if you use your car
− This is the first time I make a negative review on Booking. I had book 2 quadruple rooms for 2 families. and instead I got for me and my husband and one child two different rooms thus sleeping in different rooms. As for my daughter, she got an old room in which the AC broke in the middle of the night, felt like a sauna in the room, had to go out of the building to get fresh air, 1-year old baby cried all night in sweat. For the bathroom, you had to manually pump water to be able to flush. I wrote the property to complainv to be reimbursed or at least get some kind of discount or even an explanation or apologies but email left without reply. I do not recommend this place. Lots of other choices in Rome close to main attractions and breakfast included
