10.0The staff were amazing and very accomodating. We needed to converse using google translate most of the time but our receptionist tried his best to help. They helped with kura neko luggage services and even tried to pay for it for us! Plenty of car parking space. Free snacks and drinks. Spacious rooms. Onsen facilities were good and amazing smelling shampoo!
