10.0Außergewöhnlicher Onsen, in einem historischen Holzgebäude, es gibt drei verschiedene Bäder, eines besser ubd schöner als das andere.
− Kleiner organisatorischer Verbrsserungsvorschlag: ab 7h in der Früh sind die beiden Bäder, in denen man sich davor und danach waschen kann (2 von 3, im dritten gibt es keine Waschmöglichkeit, ebensowenig in den Gästezimmern), nur für Frauen zugänglich, das könnte man etwas gemischter organisieren.

8.0“Historic building with both pros and cons: beautiful rooms, a lovely onsen, and a quiet atmosphere, though the ceilings are very low (be careful if you're height is above average!). Overall, the experience was amazing. Bathing in the old onsen was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
− Better communication from the staff would improve the experience, especially regarding explanations of the breakfast and dinner dishes, as well as the onsen rules. For example, the main onsen does not have showers, even though guests are expected to wash before entering. It was a bit inconvenient to shower in the other onsen and then return to the main one, and apparently many guests entered without showering first.
