Coinvent hotel with great staff
8.0The hotel was perfect for traveling with kids. The bed set up was perfect and there was plenty of space in the suite for all 4 suitcases. The hotel staff, especially Betsy at the front desk and Ramon the shuttle driver went out of their way to help us when we were stranded at the train station late at night. I would go back if staying in Denver again.
Airport shuttle not provided and front desk was dismissive
4.0Our family waited in 91 degree heat for over an hour waiting for the shuttle which didn't arrive. We asked all shuttle drivers and looked for the Comfort Inn sign and saw none. When I called the hotel, it was only a recording of the shuttle service hours (ironic). When I called the main line for the hotel chain, they told me they couldn't help and sent me back to the recording of the shuttle service. After waiting over an hour, we took an Uber to the hotel, where the man at the front desk was dismissive and annoyed.

− The location is a bit far from the airport, while the shuttle service is not very frequent. Especially at night. We had a delayed flight and waited for 40+ minutes for an airport shuttle to the hotel.
