ご飯がとにかく美味しかったです。 ただ量が多すぎで食べきれませんでした。 温泉も気持ちよく、子供とゆったりした時間を過ごすことができました。 次回は家族全員で泊まりに来たいと思います。

評判通り料理、接客、サービス、設備、アメニティに至るまで完璧でした。特に関西出身の我々にとって味付けがジャストフィットし、美味しく完食させて頂きました。また部屋の担当の方の心配りも素晴らしく、何気なく話をした早川駅前の蒲鉾店の情報を態々を調べて頂きました。湯河原は色々と行っていますがリピートを考えたのは初めてです。

Wow the staff were so sweet and welcoming! The whole time there was an amazing experience. It was truly a beautiful retreat. Our room had a view of a beautiful mountain with a cherry tree in bloom right outside.

Incredible. Setsuko-san and the rest of the staff were amazing. The ryokan is beautiful and peaceful. Meals were among the best I’ve ever had, and they were so accommodating with my picky kids. The onsen are wonderful. Seriously, we can’t wait to come back.

Reservations are required for massage services, spa treatments, and private bath/onsen. Reservations can be made by contacting the ryokan prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.

The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
