3.0El room q me tocó fue al lado del salón de desayuno entonces eran 6:30 y ya se escuchaba ruido a tazas vasos y además el personal hablaba tan fuerte como si fuese las 11 am y eran las 6:30 am totalmente desubicados porq uno va de vacaciones y trata de descansar y no despertar a las 6:30am con ruidos y los gritos del personal
− Ubicación del room Personal desubicado por gritos además una vez me dejaron 10 minutos esperando afuera a que me abrieran la puerta

10.0Reception staff was very helpful in a number of ways. Breakfast offered fresh and tasty food. Location is close to central Rome train station and yet neighborhood felt safe. Internet was generally reliable. Bed firm, yet comfortable for me.
