the reception lady told me the meal I ordered can be refund cause I ordered two person but only one come. but When I checked out they told me it's not refundable…the room is so noisy, you can hear people walking and talking next door.

當初預定 主要是因為喜歡大窗戶 房間也很大 算是CP值不錯 可惜這次天氣的關係,來沒有看到富士山 飯店到車站的接送巴士為早上9點/九點半/十點三個班次 車站到飯店的接送巴士,可以在河口湖旁邊的旅客中心請其協助聯繫飯店過來接送(下午三點後)

Was allowed to use onsen with tattoos. However despite shellfish allergy fed dinner with so much shellfish the breakfaat was better.

Very friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere all around. The Japanese style room I stayed in was unique and had everything I needed even though it was very simple in nature.
