1.0La amplitud de la habitación que a su vez era algo negativo porque al no funcionar bien el AC pues era imposible de enfriar.
− A/C NOT FOUND Experiencia muy decepcionante. Reservamos este apartahotel porque anunciaba aire acondicionado, pero no funcionaba correctamente. La primera noche apenas enfriaba y la segunda fue imposible descansar: el aparato se apagaba constantemente y tuvimos que pedir un ventilador tras varias llamadas a recepción. La directora reconoció que existían problemas con la climatización, pero no ofreció ninguna compensación, alegando que nuestra estancia era muy corta. Su única propuesta fue dejarnos una hora más en la habitación. Si lo hubiéramos sabido, habríamos reservado otro alojamiento por menos de la mitad del precio y con los mismos servicios. No culpo al personal, que fue amable, sino a la gestión del establecimiento. Un hotel de 4 estrellas no debería anunciar un servicio que no puede garantizar. Si buscas descansar, este no es tu alojamiento. La piscina es bonita, pero el suelo transmite vibraciones y hace mucho ruido al pasar la gente, y cuando está concurrida el ambiente es demasiado ruidoso para relajarse. No tienen bar en la piscina ni servicio para pedir nada, solo una máquina expendedora. Las toallas de la piscina son minúsculas y si no se las entregas al piscinero te quieren cobran 20€ por ella en el check out ( nosotros nos la subimos a la habitación) Lo positivo: habitación amplia, desayuno variado y muy bueno, parking y personal atento. En mi opinión, no vale lo que cuesta. En La Gomera hay alojamientos mejores y más económicos.
