10.0Appartement bien situé et très bien équipé (matériel de cuisine complet et récent, confort dans l'appartement, ...) Quartier agréable. Emplacement idéal pour visiter la Biennale Art 2026. Beaucoup de restaurants à proximité. Hôte disponible à l'arrivée et qui parle français.

8.0La funzionalita’ e gli spazi della casa, la posizione. Buona l’attrezzatura della cucina e la presenza del microonde. Pur non richiesto, il titolare si e’ messo a disposizione per accompagnarmi con i bagagli dal vaporetto in struttura.

10.0Pulizia e confort. Ottima disposizione interna delle stanze e arredamento funzionale ed accogliente. Il proprietario è stato gentile a non farci pagare il supplemento per il check-in dopo le 20.
