10.0Location. Close to the main beach area. Room: we stayed in a villa. It is spacious and the private rooftop terrace was a favourite viewing point. The aircon works well. Comfortable bed and linen. Great pool with a bar right at the front door of our villa. The stairs were not an issue. There's no lift but the staff moved our luggage to and from the room. The staff were really friendly and organising a half day trip to Manta Bay for snorkeling were booked without effort. Renting scooters (a must do activity) was quick and easy.
− If you are looking for a self-catering type setup then the kitchen might be to scantily equipped. This is more of a hotel. The coffee ground provided was great but only a small plunger. This property is not on the beach front but wasn't a bother. The view from our terrace more than made up for it.

10.0Breakfast was included and was great value for money! Great choices and get a juice plus coffee, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Gym was small but can def get a good workout. K gym is just up the road if needed as well. View was amazing from the top bar and pool area.

8.0Location, clean and the beautiful staff. Loved that they had three pools & the restaurant was amazing. Food was delicious and the drinks were great. Rooms were well soundproofed.
− More of an us issue - we had kids so was a little not kid friendly with the amount of stairs, but that was it.

− Lots of stairs but a buggy is available if you need it. Located a little away from main shopping strip. Need to take a taxi to main restaurant and shopping area.
