10.0La atención de Berta, la dueña del hotel, fue excelente. ¡Muchas gracias por hacernos sentir en casa! El hotel es limpio, con camas cómodas, agua caliente y permite ir andando a la zona histórica de Puno.

9.0Super Lage, fußläufig zur calle Lima, wo viele Restaurants und Geschäfte sind. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Eigentümerin., mit Heizung. Leckeres Frühstück inbegriffen. Kommen gerne wieder

10.0El desayuno era bastante basico pero rico, a mi mamá le encantó el pan. Lamentablemente soy vegana asique solo pude comer fruta y mermelada. Lo que más me gusto es la ubicación y la recepcionista muy muy amable, preocupada, conversadora, un encanto!! lo mejor de la estadía ella, siempre con una sonrisa.
− la Cama era un poco dura para mi gusto, y la calefacción un poco debil
