8.0Dimensioni, area fuori, parcheggio adiacente. Posizione comoda. Zona tranquilla.
− Senza climatizzatore, ventilatori con la polvere, phon un po' scassato. Un po' più di cura in certi dettagli.

10.0Me gusto mucho la ubicacion, limpieza, que todo el apartamento estaba bien equipado. La zona exterior de lo mejor que he visto con mucho encanto, superaba las fotos. Alrededor hay servicios de todo tipo todo muy cerca y bueno. El anfitrion una persona muy amable y atento. Si volviera seguro me alojaria alli de nuevo.

− Piscine un beaucoup plus petite que ce que je pensais. 1,5m de large sur 5m environ. Mais mes enfants ont pu en profiter quand même ça n'a pas gâché nos vacances. Pas de climatisation mais ventilateur.

− Sciacquone del wc era rotto e siamo rimasti 48 h senza wc funzionante. Dovevamo buttare acqua con secchio. Mancano specchi. In camera entra davvero troppa luce la mattina

6.0El trato del chaval que nos atendió q es muy amable, y la ubicación que es perfecta
− Necesita un arreglo en general , una cosa , que para mí es importante, mucha claridad en la vivienda , a la persona que le guste dormir a oscura lo va a pasar mal , ya q a las 7 de la mañana parece q tiene todas las luces encendidas. Despues a la vivienda le hace falta un repaso, sofá se ve antiguillo en los baños, lavabo atascado, sensación de poco mantenimiento. Pero por el precio tampoco puedes exigir más. No tiene aire y los ventiladores viejo, pero no es que haga demasiado calor.
