8.0I came across a lot of fake reviews when I was looking for a place to stay in Arugam but this one is completely genuine! The staff working there were really nice and welcoming, they were available for anything we needed. The hostel itself was quiet, the room was nice and spacious, everything worked as it should, the air conditioning, the hot water. We did encounter one cockroach during our stay even though they sprayed the room when we arrived but luckily you can seal both the sink and the drain and that solved the problem for us.
