Een enorme teleurstelling.

− Voor €272,- hadden wij een gastvrij en verzorgd verblijf verwacht. Helaas was de werkelijkheid compleet anders. Bij aankomst was er niemand aanwezig voor een ontvangst. De receptie en bar waren gesloten. Na onderzoek op de website van de accommodatie bleek bovendien dat op zondag ook de receptie, het restaurant en de bar volledig gesloten zijn. Deze informatie was voor ons niet duidelijk terug te vinden op Booking.com. Van een gastvrij verblijf of een gezellige avond was daardoor geen sprake. De kamer was een grote teleurstelling: een sterke rooklucht ondanks een rookvrije boeking, een stoffig tapijt, een vieze en slecht onderhouden indruk en zeer lage plafonds waardoor de warmte bleef hangen en de kamer benauwd aanvoelde. De foto's op Booking.com zijn naar onze mening niet representatief voor de werkelijkheid. Omdat er niemand aanwezig was, konden wij onze klachten niet bespreken en zijn wij vertrokken. Tot onze verbazing werd dit vervolgens als een no-show geregistreerd. Jammer genoeg hebben wij de indruk dat Booking.com de informatie en foto's van accommodaties niet altijd voldoende verifieert. De werkelijkheid kwam in dit geval totaal niet overeen met wat werd aangeboden. Voor ons een zeer teleurstellende ervaring. Helaas niet aan te bevelen.
