2.0I have booked the property online @INR 682. When i reached the property the staff at the reception made me to pay INR 1482. When I asked him he said your room has been upgraded but i was not been notified about it. Moreover non of the staff were coperative and were not polite as well. I had this kind of experience forst time. And even breakfast was included in the booking but they staff denied at the begining and argued with me but then he agreed for the breakfast. Overall i am not satisfied because i care for the value of money. And i believe i have over for that property as it was too far from coty centre. I wouldn't have chosen that property since it was too far but only for that low price i accepted. In other words i was been cheated.
