Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Die Zimmer waren sehr gut ausgestatt, insbesondere für Menschen mit Behinderung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war sehr gut: nah am Zentrum und wunderschöner Blick auf den See.

− Das Frühstück war okay, aber für ein 4 Sterne Hotel und den Preis hätte es ein bisschen mehr Auswahl geben können (zB bei den Eierspeisen: es gab nur Rührei oder hart gekochte Eier, kein Spiegelei oder Omlett).

Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Zimmer sauber, die Lage des Hauses war sehr schön am Wasser. Das Essen war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich, der Service sehr gut.

− Leider war die Waschmaschine für die Gästewäsche über eine Woche lang kaputt.
