− La atención por parte del anfitrión que nunca conocimos y que por mensajes me discrimino por no entender el inglés cuando yo le pedía que me hablara italiano y porque había reservado el mismo día que llegaba me dijo que sus clientes reservan con meses de antelación
Good location and fit for basic accommodation needs
10.0It's located in a building with many other businesses and addresses, and for that I was given two more keys along my own room key which made the stay much more comfortable. The outside doors were closed at nights, and since I had the keys, it felt much more comfortable and safe. Breakfast in the morning was plenty and easy if you enjoy classic Italin breakfast culture. For other places to eat at and see, the host was very helpful and ahe even gave me a map where she marked the monuments :) When checking out, I just dropped the key to the front desk and said goodbye. Everything was really comfortable for me. Also there isn't a ramp when entering the building, I didn't have heavy luggage so it wasn't a problem, but worth remembering.
