9.0Good location, room was immaculate and even nicer than it looked on the photos. Check-in and out extremely quick and easy.

We have never been to or stayed somewhere where all the staff from reception, to bar and domestic staff had exceptional

− Air conditioning not in all rooms but they are rolling it out.
It did the job it needed to but the price would put us off staying again.
6.0The location is great, very central location with lots of amenities in walking distance. Property is a gorgeous building and everything was decorated really well. Staff were friendly, beds were comfortable. I liked that you got fresh milk in the fridge instead of packet milk!
− The floor in our room which I think was number 3 had a thick dust on it. Our white socks quickly went black and when I walked round with bare feet I had to use a towel to scrub the dust off. Our bathroom had a really strong cabbage smell which was most likely from the drains. We paid £380 for two nights. I thought this was a lot considering you don’t get breakfast included in that!
