5.0Die Lage ist sehr zentral, das war’s aber auch schon.
− Die Betten in der Familiensuite waren schlecht. Das Personal war für Fragen/Auskünfte nicht verfügbar, nur das Notwendigste (Rechnung bezahlen) wurde erledigt. Badezimmertür nicht versperrbar, wurde trotz Meldung nicht repariert. Warmwasserregulierung hat nicht geklappt. Es gibt keine Bar/Café/Frühstück/Aufenthaltsmöglichkeit. Aufzug erst ab 1. Stockwerk. Viel zu teuer für die angebotene Leistung.

6.0The hotel is situated in the heart of the old town and easy walking for ferries and the airport bus. Quiet location and the rooftop
− Over priced Lack of facilities ie no bar, cafe or restaurant - which was not advised on booking only a vending machine Cheap toiletries and room coffee! Roof top needs an overhaul for guests to enjoy No warm welcome, very transactional, no advice or information given on arrival The photos are misleading the rooms are not spacious and needs some tlc No spare blankets ! Terrible views - air con

5.0The hotel is in a great location in Split Old Town.
− I’d say it’s pushing it to call this hotel 4 star. The room was ok, but the bed was super hard, and the sofa bed for our daughter had extremely uncomfortable ridges in it. The towels were old and hard, and the toiletries were cheap. There was also only instant coffee and only fruit tea bags. Aircon was very weak.

8.0O quarto, a instalação todos muito bons. As recepcionistas muito atenciosas. O café da manhã não fica dentro do hotel, deve-se caminhar uns 10 minutos até ele, não é algo ruim, mas deveria ser mencionado previamente.
