9.0Love the location and the fact we can bring our dog. Room is a good size super clean and the beds are always comfortable. Super friendly staff and a hassle-free late check in system. Being across the road from the awesome Penny University Cafe is a super bonus. Our first choice for Canberra trips

7.0Location was great! Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Also got a free bed upgrade, which was neat! Also got a special pressie for my mum because we were celebrating her birthday.
− Bathroom grout was dingy. Underground car park was full, but thankfully we got street parking free because it was a weekend. Pillows were one size and were not comfortable at all, could have used a less-filled option which was better for our necks.
