− The property was good but Great Yarmouth really is awful

8.0clean room and building , room was big enough with tea and coffee , flat screen tv and bed was comfortable ,

8.0The location and parking. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful, the overall bedroom was clean, comfortable and enough space (except very small bathroom).
− The small bathroom, sitting on toilet, me knees were almost on the wall in front to the side was a shower which was good except difficult to get in - door only about 20" wide to squeeze through and door was at back giving very small space between toilet and door. So side shuffle to manoeuvre to door then side ways squeeze into. Once in, shower was fine and water was lovely and hot.

Very good, met some nice people, went home happy and rested.
8.0Room was excellent, clean well appointed. Breakfast was again excellent with plenty of choice. Owners and staff very welcoming and helpful.
− Loads of stairs, but that was my choice because I chose what I thought was the best room (18). I was not wrong about the room, but didn't allow for steepness of last flight of stairs, although as the week went on we got more used to them. Overall though a very good choice.
No pets allowed, including assistance dogs.
A deposit may be required at the property.
