Great location, easy place to rent, lovely space

− Found quite a bit of gunge and rubbish under sofa.. it clearly gets a clean but things were missed.
The location and the view were excellent and the accommodation comfortable.
8.0The location was excellent. I am disabled, I walk with a cane, Nearby in Forth Street there were several useful disabled parking spaces, although the letting information didn't mention these.
− The main bedroom was a little bit cramped due to the dressing table making it narrow to get past for a disable person. The other bedroom was more spacious. The pots and pans in the kitchen were a bit worn. The fridge door was hinged on the right handside making it awkward to open in such a narrow area. Found some ants in the bathroom coming in via the towel heater where it connects with the floor.
