10.0Welcoming Guest House, clean room, great bed. Also very good location.

8.0Room clean, coffee and tea available in room. Quite quiet considering the accommodation is on a through road. Easy walk to the high street and beach. Plenty of restaurants, takeaways and supermarkets nearby. Also train station just across the road in behind Police station.

10.0Good convenient location, clean room, comfortable bed. Jackie was helpful & very welcoming. There is public car park next to property so it can be a bit noisy from the road but it didn't troubled me much. I would recommend this guest house and happily book again if I travel to Newquay again.

8.0Clean room, host helpful and offered garage parking. Would have preferred breakfast included with the stay. Booked the room fully through Hotel.comApp and booked on strength of excellent reviews which include comments on how excellent the breakfast was. Did not realise this was not included until we arrived and booked in.
