Beau appartement, bien équipé et propre. Proche du tramway.

− Situé au 6ème étage, seulement 3 personnes prémisse dans l’élévateur, l’air climatisé ne fonctionne très bien. Il faisait chaud pendant la nuit. Mais pour nous, pour une nuit c’etait correct.

The flat is perfectly located, close to the highway and very close to the T2 tramway line. Quiet neighborhood, where one can blend with the locals.There is plenty of space inside and the flat is well equipped (kitchen, washing machine, fridge with freezer...). The owner is responsive online. What I liked most by far: free parking in an enclosed yard, hard to find in Firenze. The gate is narrow, as advertised, but medium sized cars (like Golf or Octavia) still can pass without a problem, with folded mirrors.

− Nothing serious. It would be good to do a deep clean once in a while, including "hidden corners", and to throw away or replace some worn tools/items, but these are minor points.

Facilmente raggiungibile dall'uscita dell'autostrada, all'arrivo hai la possibilità di parcheggiare la macchina e di entrare nell'appartamento. a pochi passi c'è la fermata del tram per arrivare diretto in centro. comodissimo.
