10.0I often stay in Aston Inn Batu, last week when my eldest sister B'day, we got surprise from Aston Inn Batu Staff, Thank you 🙏🙏 and this Week, I bring my son for fisiotheray in Malang, we stay in Aston inn Batu, not stay in Malang 🤭😁 The Excelent place for staycation and leisure, near Museum Angkot and other Educational Tourism Place. The Staff so familiar and Helpfully, Clean Room and Cheaper Laudry, the Bellis Resto with Arjuna Mountain View make you breakfast not only eat but also fresh air and fresh view. I love this place. Try to stay in Aston Inn Batu and you will love it. Thanks to Reception, I have forgot to ask and see her name, that given my Favourite Apple Pie when I was check out today. Thanks a lot mba 🙏🙏🤗 Will see you on the next coming. Laily-Batam

A Comfortable Stay with Friendly and Attentive Staff
10.0I had a pleasant stay at Aston Inn Batu. The hospitality and overall service were truly excellent—staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. The food variety was quite good for a 4-star hotel, offering a decent range of options. However, the taste of both the food and beverages could still be improved. In particular, the juice selection felt a bit too diluted. Housekeeping service was outstanding, and I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Bagus for his excellent work. The restaurant service was also very well handled, with great assistance from Ms. Nabila, Ms. Cerlis, and Ms. Mazaya. Wishing Aston Inn Batu continued success!
