5.0Although the place is nice as I stayed there last year, this year I struggled with a number of things. Firstly, the electricity kept on fluctuating and switching on and off. I really struggled to do my work. Secondly, there was no hot water in room 8 where I stayed so I ended up bathing in cold water and given the cold weather, this was a very uncomfortable thing

9.0Cute villa showing its age, while its garden is well-kept and timeless in a walkable, upscale neighborhood. Breakfast was particularly well set-up for meeting and talking with new people.
− There is some deferred maintenance, but nothing I couldn't overlook
