10.0Appartement très propre et super bien placé au calme malgré quelques restaurants environnants. Équipements complet, décoration moderne et soignée, propriétaire réactif au message si besoin. Le petit plus, le service gondole au pas de la porte !

9.0The apartment (Maison Laguna) is tastefully decorated and well maintained making it a very pleasant base whilst visiting Venice. It is in a great location; within comfortable walking distance of most of the main attractions, whilst also giving you a number of bars, restaurants and a decent supermarket all within a minutes walk from your front door. The waterside position and view from the apartment are an added bonus. The communications from the host were timely, clear and informative. I would highly recommend considering staying here when visiting Venice.
