Great location, big living room, bedroom with mezzanine

Nice rustic place in traditional building. Large living room, very closer to the main attractions, plenty of good restaurants around. Great staff recommendations.

− It's not a two bedroom apartment. It's one bedroom with mezzanine which is not closed off. There is no privacy between bedroom and single bed in mezzanine. The bathroom was tiny.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική!Τα στρώματα πολύ άνετα η κουζίνα πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένη από συσκευές,η βιβλιοθήκη υπέροχη.

− Είχαμε συνεννόηση για συγκεκριμένη ώρα έξω από το διαμέρισμα.Περιμέναμε 2 ώρες έξω από την πόρτα για να έρθει κάποιος να μας δώσει τα κλειδιά.Προσπαθουσαμε έξω στο παγωμένο κρύο με τηλεφωνήματα να συνεννοηθούμε με την εταιρεία ενοικίασης για το ποιος θα έρθει να μας ανοίξει.Οταν ήρθε τελικά δεν μας έδωσε καμία σημασία ούτε ζήτησε συγνώμη.Μπηκαμε μέσα το διαμέρισμα ήταν κρύο χωρίς θέρμανση.Διαπιστώσαμε πως δεν είχε ούτε θέρμανση ούτε ζεστό νερό!Ο καναπές στο σαλόνι έχει χαλασμένα μαξιλάρια και δεν ήταν καθαρά.Τα σεντονια στο κρεβάτι είχαν τρίχες πανω.Μετά από πολύ ταλαιπωρία αναγκάστηκαν να μας αλλάξουν διαμέρισμα και να πάμε σε άλλη περιοχή όχι τόσο βολική.Δηλαδη δεν είχε ελέγξει κανείς αν το διαμέρισμα ήταν οκ.Απαραδεκτη αντιμετώπιση και κρίμα , γιατί κατά τ'αλλα το σπίτι ήταν πολύ καλό.

It is a spacious apartment located right at the middle of Barcelona. We stayed here for 3 nights and feel comfortable. There are stove, oven, microwave in the kitchen.

− Bathroom is a bit small but still ok, there is no oil, salt and pepper in the kitchen, which made cooking a bit difficult.

Lovely apartment- nicely decorated. Had all you need. Great location really close to La Pedrera and other Gaudi houses. Close to metro stations. Great local bar/restaurants and walkable to many others.

− Very nice to have a couple of teabags and coffee capsules but staying only for a few days it would be even better to have one for each person for each day of the stay ! And needed some more breakfast bowls- only 2. Also - no basics like oil, salt, pepper. But there was a great little washing up kit.

Beautiful and spacious, homely and memorable. Well kitted out kitchen and everything you could need. Comfy beds.

− Stairs were a bit unsafe - slippery at night. It would be good to provide a night light for customers to use if desired.
