Uma experiência surpreendente
10.0Ficamos praticamente em um pernoite, tivemos uma grande surpresa ao chegar no quarto e no banheiro ter uma banheira, o quarto muito aconchegante e confortável. A recepção foi excelente, chegamos junto com um grupo de pessoas e a recepcionista nos atendeu muito rápido e também de dicas de onde ir e o que fazer
− Fiquei pouco tempo , queria ter ficado mais.

1.0− O sistema de aquecimento dos apartamentos não funcionam adequadamente. Me parece falta de manutenção. Segundo a atendente, o sistema só liga quando a temperatura baixa de 14ºC. Acredito que a temperatura deveria ficar automaticamente aos 21ºC que é universalmente definida como temperatura ambiente.
De modo geral é um bom atendimento e boa hospedagem que podem melhorar em pequenos detalhes.

− O Leite do café da manhã é colocado em um garrafa térmica e quando vamos utilizar o leite já esfriou. Acredito que podem melhorar a qualidade dos pães que deixou um pouco a desejar.
