9.0何回か利用させて頂いていますが、利用者のマナーが良く、ちょっとずつ使いやすいサービスが加わっていました。いつも清潔に保たれています。
− 地震のため、秋田新幹線や東北新幹線に運休や遅れが発生して、できるだけ急いで向かったものの、チェックインできたのが20時ぎりぎりでした。１分前に届いたので、ぎりぎり泊まれましたが、あと少し遅れていたら泊まれませんでした。カフェは、閉店するところで、照明も消されていました。隣の入り口から2階へと言われました。残念だったのは、いつもならカフェでウエルカムドリンクを楽しむ事ができましたが、今回は全く利用できませんでした。早めに着かないと利用できないのですね。翌日利用できたら嬉しかったです。
