L'emplacement est idéal pour tout faire à pied plage des Elmes à quelques pas et idem pour aller à Banyuls à pied très accessible Il ya un garage fermé pour la voiture Deux terrasses vue imprenable sur la grande bleue Appartement spacieux clim wifi etc...

Tout était parfait.. A noter le petit déjeuner d'accueil . Les équipements électroménagers , la climatisation , la literie , la salle de bains et bien sur les tables et chaises surnuméraires permettant de déjeuner sur l'une des deux terrasses.
