Outdoor area unusable unfortunately…

We have always liked Peppers as a resort, so staying on site was good and was easy enough to open a tab with the pool bar as you can’t use the room service charge.

− Unfortunately it was not great cleanliness wise. We had sand on our feet from walking around in the room before we had even gone outside! We chose this place for the outside area, but it was not even usable! It was covered in leaves, didnt get any sun all day because of the big trees, the outside spa bath was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been clean in months. The sun beds were actually covered in thick spider webs and we were therefore definitely not keen to use the outdoor area at all. The apartment was quite dated and old with lots of little maintenance issues, like roller doors not opening properly, showers easily flooding, no plug in the laundry sink etc etc. The pictures definitely do it justice and make it look nicer than it actually is.

Great location,

The rooms were clean and spacious, the serenity pool was lovely and nice to be away from the louder family pools.

− It would have been good to be able to lock the verandah door from the outside so we could access from the pool
