2.0Overall, communication with the property was excellent. The hosts were always responsive and easy to reach. The rooms are spacious, and the step-free accessibility is definitely a plus.
− However, there were several significant issues that affected our stay. First, finding the property at night was quite difficult because there was very little signage or clear direction to the building. In addition, it was practically impossible to find a parking space on the street in front of the property. We booked this accommodation simply to get 4–5 hours of sleep during our journey with our family. Unfortunately, that was impossible. A group of young men gathered in front of the building and spent the entire night shouting, laughing loudly, and making animal noises. The disturbance continued for hours, making it impossible to sleep. I would also like to point out that the overall level of cleanliness was disappointing. The hair dryer in the bathroom was not working, which should have been noticed during routine cleaning and maintenance. I don't understand how such issues can go unnoticed in an apartment that is supposedly cleaned and checked every day. Unfortunately, these problems made our stay far less comfortable than we had expected.

− I booked the property because their photos for the studio show bathtub photos and I was very looking forward to it. However, shower tub was waiting for me. Recommendation to update the photos.
