− Room was very cold and we were charged extra for use of a heater (20 soles). Staff weren’t very friendly or helpful
No stay, no professionalism or empathy. Never recommend to my pisac community
1.0Nothing I made a mistake with dates and had every piece of attempted correspondence to change ignored - this app, phone, text and WhatsApp
− They deliberately ignored me and took me money when I wanted to stay on alternative dates- which I communicated immediately as soon as I noticed
