Enough electric sockets, clean, great location

− The walls are super thin so you can hear everything. Including from outside. It was hot inside even though outside was like 12°C, probably because I shared a wall with the restaurant kitchen. But opening the window directly into the yard (ground floor) of course only made the noise worse. Plus it was really hard to shut the window properly. Oh and also, no spatulas in the kitchen for some reason...

Location, very central.

− The room is located on the ground floor in the backyard between two restaurant kitchens. This unfortunately means that the room is noisy from early morning and there is zero view.

The location is perfect, with good facilities, but bring earplugs, sleepmasks and bravery.

The place was clean, with a good bathroom, TV, and bed. There was a kettle but lack of plugs in the kitchen. The location in the city is good.

− The window was broken so was difficult to shut. There are pot washes either side that finish at 3am and begin at 6am. It is incredibly loud. The bins are emptied of glass at these times right next to the open window. Due to the bins, there are rats right next to the apartment. It was incredibly hot even with the heat off, but we were scared to open the window through the night due to the rats. We were informed there had been break ins (stealing the microwave we wanted to use) but the window hadn't been fixed. This felt like a security issue.

Fair place, simple, perfectly located. A small effort to improve details (I.e., curtain on the window for example) and the place would be better. Overall, good quality/price ratio, so I will consider going back next time in Uppsala.

The studio had almost everything you need. I only needed to purchase detergent for the washing machine. The location was nice and close to the city centre. WiFi was very good. The bed was fine. Nothing special. Check-in and check out was very easy. No staff around so you do this yourself. They sent very clear instructions. Staff support online was very good. They answered questions quickly. And we're nice and respectful. Very nice service. I didn't use the kitchen at all but everything you need (minus a microwave) was provided, including cleaning products etc.

− The room I was in, was next to the kitchen if the cafe next door. Sometimes it was a bit noisy in the morning. But it's not really an issue as I was getting up early anyway. One of the windows needed to be pushed closed from the outside. The studio was on the ground floor so I couldn't just leave it open. A bit disappointed but I at least managed to lock it. I informed them about this via messages and they said they are looking into it. So hopefully it will be fixed before the next person uses that room. There is a wide pot hole (not very deep) covering most of the path to the door of the studio. When it rained or snowed it made it a bit difficult getting to the room. But it wasn't a big deal and I managed. But it would be nice if they fixed this.
