− Un po meno la pulizia i ventilatori a soffitto avevano la polvere pertanto se li avessimo accesi l'avremmo avuta addosso,la posizione della struttura un po troppo fuori mano per arrivare su di notte si incontrano tanti animali vaganti

− L'itinerario per arrivare scomodo. La stanza con infissi praticamente dell'epoca dello stabile oltre 1 secolo e quindi non si chiudevano.
