La struttura in sé ha un buon potenziale, ma la cura della stessa e del cliente è superficiale. I servizi (piscina, spa, colazione) sono interessanti, attirano durante la prenotazione, ma non soddisfano le aspettative. Le camere sistemate, ma non approfonditamente pulite. Aperti solo il supermercato e la tavola calda L'oasi per mangiare in zona.

− Piscina non sorvegliata (tuffi e giochi pericolosi da parte dei ragazzi), senza obbligo di cuffie, aperta agli esterni della struttura. SPA non completamente funzionante (la sauna spenta). Colazione parca, pochissima scelta e con merendine imbustate (un B&B in cui la colazione non è il punto forte!). Dintorni sempre chiusi (pizzeria, panetteria, qualche bar...).
