7.0Location is pretty good, fairly clean, and the breakfast options are limited but adequate. Staff were good.
− The house rule regarding ordering dinner was quite stiff. You have to place an order before 4 PM; otherwise, you have to go out to dinner or order online. Not sure why; they may have their reasons, but it was odd for sure. TV was difficult to operate. When the TV was operating, the most important national news channels and sports channels were not available. Surely they can afford the little money it costs to pay the local cable connection providers, especially seeing how much business they were getting during my stay there.

Safe and cosy stay
9.0Felt safe and quiet in amongst the madness of Kolkata Nice comfortable rooms Tastefully presented Helpful staff. We were able to extend our booking by half a day and keep the room before our evening flight.
− The only thing was that we were automatically given a western style breakfast - I would have preferred to have the option of Indian style like the other guests.
